Introducing SMR/Conditioning Clinics

SMR, also known as self myofascial release, or rolling, is a simple process that releases muscle knots and imbalances so the muscles can function properly. It is not just for athletes, it is for anyone with every day joint, muscle and tendon pain, mostly caused by sitting at a desk or jobs or activities that constantly put your body out of alignment. Just a few of the benefits include reduced pain, reduced inflammation, better functionality, better sleep and increased quality of life. 

The conditioning aspect will consist of corrective exercises that go hand in hand with SMR, balance and stabilization exercises and core strength exercises. Again, this is not just for your athletes, it is for anyone looking to better themselves, challenge themselves, lead a healthy lifestyle and be a positive influence on our youth! 

This is a fun, relaxed environment and we encourage every parent to give it a shot, it will be life changing.

Individual Lessons: $50/hour $30/half hour

Group Lessons(2-4): $40/hour/player 

Mini Clinics(8-12): $30/hour/player

Clinics(13+): $25/hour/player

*All lesson and clinics will be staffed with no less than 1 coach for 4 players
